2-Year Limited Warranty
This policy applies to all purchases made through easun-energy.com, operated by EASUN POWER TECHNOLOGY CORP LIMITED.
Who is covered
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Easun Power or our authorized stores and is valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase (order number/invoice).
Warranty period
24 months from the date of delivery.
What we cover
If a product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will provide any required items free of charge to restore normal operation. Remedies may include (at our discretion):

Replacement parts, accessories, or modules;

Whole-unit replacement when necessary;

Remote technical support and troubleshooting guidance.

Our engineers will diagnose the issue and confirm the parts/items needed.

We arrange shipment of the required items and guide you through installation or replacement.
What is not covered

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse/abuse, unauthorized modification or repair, incorrect wiring, over-spec loads, liquid ingress, fire, or force majeure;

Cosmetic damage that does not affect function;

Consumables or external peripherals not supplied by Easun Power;

Any third-party labor, travel, or consequential costs.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws in your country/region.
Shipping & Costs (Important)

Year 1 (Months 0–12):
All required warranty items are provided free of charge, and shipping is free. -
Year 2 (Months 13–24):
All required warranty items remain free of charge.
Shipping fee for parts/items dispatched from China will be charged at cost (we will quote before sending).
