Please contact us for return authorization before sending any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
We allow customers to cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
⏳ How to Cancel:
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support by email or WhatsApp.
If your cancellation request is made:

Within 24 hours after placing the order, and

Before the order has shipped
Then your order will be fully canceled and refunded. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
3. Return Conditions & Video Evidence Requirement
To ensure a smooth return process and protect customer rights, the following conditions must be met:
