Payment & Security Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through easun-energy.com, operated by EASUN POWER TECHNOLOGY CORP LIMITED.

Accepted payment methods
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • PayPal (subject to PayPal Buyer Protection)

  • Klarna (pay in installments / pay later, per Klarna terms)

  • Cards: AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro

  • SEPA Bank Transfer (EU/EEA only)

SEPA Bank Transfer (EU/EEA)

To better serve EU customers, we support SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT).

How to pay

  1. Select Bank Transfer (SEPA) at checkout.

  2. You’ll receive our bank details on the confirmation page and by email:

    • Beneficiary: [Company legal name]

    • IBAN: [Your IBAN]

    • BIC/SWIFT: [Your BIC]

    • Bank: [Bank name]

    • Reference: Please include your Order #.

  3. We verify funds within 1–3 banking days. Orders unpaid after 3 days may auto-cancel (public holidays excluded).

  4. Payments are accepted in EUR. Any bank fees are charged by your bank.

Compliance & consumer protection

  • SEPA imposes strict KYC/AML and compliance requirements on merchants’ receiving accounts (account opening due diligence, transaction monitoring, anti-fraud controls, etc.).

  • If your order is not fulfilled or there is a dispute, you can contact your bank to initiate a recall/claim.

    • For SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) charges, consumers have an 8-week “no-questions-asked” refund right after the debit; for unauthorized SDD you can dispute up to 13 months with your bank.

    • For SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT), your bank can request a recall / dispute processing (success depends on timing and the policies of the sending/receiving banks).

  • Because of these bank-level safeguards and merchant obligations, you do not need to worry about fraud: SEPA provides strong protection and traceability (your bank’s terms apply).

Tips for faster matching

  • The account name must match the order name; otherwise, processing may be delayed.

  • Do not use crypto or third-party escrow accounts.

  • Keep your transfer receipt until your order shows “Paid”.


Card & Wallet Security
  • Our site uses HTTPS/TLS encryption end-to-end.

  • Where supported by your issuer, we use 3D Secure (3DS) for added protection.

  • We will never ask you for your card PIN, online banking password, SMS codes, or one-time passcodes.


Refunds & Timing
  • Cancellations and refunds are returned to the original payment method:

    • Cards / Wallets: typically 3–10 business days (issuer/processor dependent).

    • SEPA: refunds or bank-processed disputes usually 1–3 banking days once approved; bank recalls follow each bank’s timeline.

  • Product-related returns follow our Return Policy


Anti-fraud & Verification

To protect customers and our platform, we may perform extra verification in cases such as:

  • Unusual order value, address, or ordering behavior;

  • Multiple failed payment attempts or high-risk device fingerprints;

  • Rapid repeated orders in a short period.

These checks do not affect your legal rights (including SEPA dispute/recall options).
